In December 5th, Taf had the pleasure to welcome the team of Soil Restaurant, awarded with 1 MICHELIN Star 2023 and 1 MICHELIN Green Star, at the Taf Roastery, where they had the opportunity to explore the facilities, take part in a special tasting session that sparked conversations about the intricate and unique cup profiles, and learn about the route of coffee, from farm to cup.
