On Wednesday 21/09/11 at Taf Q Lab, a SCAE Brewmaster course (Level 1) took place.
The subject analyzed were roasting, grinding and brewing of filter coffee. After the theoretical analysis there was a written as well as a practical examination.
The seminar was very successful since all 14 participants were certified as Brewmasters (Level 1). We would like to really thank the introducers of the seminar, Tony & Onno, as well as congratulate the 14 new Brewmasters!
