Winner of the Hellenic Barista Championship for 2011 is Stefanos Domatiotits, barista trainer of Taf! The Hellenic Barista Championship took place the 5th and 6th of February during the HORECA exhibition at ExpoAthens in Anthousa. Stefanos Domatiotis won the first place with the coffee Don Jose micromill from Costa Rica. This coffee is included in the Taf Specialty Project and more specifically in the Taloumis Family Limited Reserve line. Stefanos will represent our country for one more time in the World Barista Championship (WBC) that will be held on 2-5th of June 2011 in Bogota. Good luck Stefanos!
