Taf participated in a global discussion about new trends, sustainable development, new methods, social reality as well as the future of coffee.
Yiannis Taloumis visited the World Coffee Leaders Forum that was held in Seoul 19-22/11/14,at the same time with Café Show 2014. The occasion was Taf’s head barista trainer Stefanos Domatiotis participation as an introducer to the hand brew seminar, during the technical session.
More specifically, Stefanos Domatiotis presented his route in the coffee sector and he shared the experiences he has acquired from the national and world coffee championships. Moreover he presented several tips and specific details regarding the different hand brewing techniques.
The World Coffee Leaders Forum is the first international coffee forum in Asia. It was held for the first time in 2012, in Seoul, Korea and is officially supported by the International Coffee Organization (ICO). Its mission is to seek solutions for sustainable development by discussing and sharing world coffee industry issues and challenges.
