The 2-day SCA Coffee Value Assessment Course for Cuppers with Elisabet Sereno, (Q Grader Assistant Instructor, Q Arabica Grader, SCA AST Barista, Brewing, Green Coffee and Sensory World Coffee Events Representative and WBC Sensory Certified Judge) was completed on May 9 & 10 at Taf Roastery.
This in-depth seminar was successfully attended by all participants, who were certified in the Specialty Coffee Association’s new Coffee Value Assessment system for more efficient evaluation and assessment of the quality of coffee.
