A one-of-a-kind tasting experience was presented yesterday by Yiannis Taloumis, CEO & Head of Quality of taf, at the Coterie & Bro. Omakase Coffee presented by Yiannis Taloumis, inspired by the original Japanese dining style, is a tasting journey specially curated and presented for its participants. Its name means “I will leave it to you”, and by trusting the steps of the tasting it creates a unique taste experience for the palate.
The Omakase session featured 5 distinctive steps, starting with the exploration of the flavors and aromas of the coffee leaf and continuing on to 4 magnificent coffee selections:
