Taf had the honor to be a sponsor at the Sensory Summit EU 2020 that took place at Zhaw, the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich, the 10th and 11th of February.
All participants had the opportunity to attend very interesting lectures about the scientific approach of sensory perception of coffee as well as enjoy Single Estate coffee Thuti from Kenya as an espresso and Single Estate Granitos de Ortiz Esperanza from Costa Rica as filter coffee.
