Taf @SCA Roaster Village, Seattle
We are so excited to join the great Seattle Global Specialty Coffee Expo. If you are in the city from the 21st until the 23rd, it’s worth visiting SCA Roaster Village, a small “town” that hosts roasteries from around the world.

Taf will serve a coffee, which traveled from Colombia to taf roastery Athens and then back again to the Northwest coast of America. It is offered for the first time to the visitors of the expo, prepared in a splendid brew that you can take at Table #14. German Penagos coffee, named after its producer, belongs to the Neighbors and Crops program of La Palma y El Tucan in Colombia and is also part of taf’s direct relationship project, as a unique single estate. Look for the espresso that the barista will make on a La Marzocco machine using the recently awarded in Australian International Coffee Awards, the sophisticated taf Rosebud blend.
