21/01/12 in the morning i left by plane from Guatemala to Costa Rica with Stephanie Ratanas from Dogwood Coffee.
My stay in Costa Rica was very short this time.
Right after our arrival, a cupping table was waiting for us with 28 different lots, from which I liked most Sin Limites, Jardin de Aromas & Herbazu. We visited very quickly the Tarrazu Valley until the night when Ricardo Calderon was waiting for us in the farm Los Angeles and he offered to us a very nice dinner. The next day in the morning and before my trip back to Greece, we visited the micromills Jardin de Aromas, Sin Limites and Herbazu that I had already selected the previous day in the cupping table. I went to the airport to catch my flight and Stephanie Ratanas continued her visit to the mills from which she purchases coffee for Dogwood Coffee.
Although my visit was very short, there was enough time to select the new microlots.
