Cold brew method

With SUKI TEA teapot (500ml)

Add 8gr of tea leaf into the Suki teapot strainer, fill up with cold water making sure the tea leaves are soaked in water. Refrigerate overnight, remove the teapot strainer and add to your serving glass.

With jug (1lt)

Repeat the same procedure increasing the grams (16gr instead of 8gr).

When using the cold brew you can add to your tea fruits, ginger, peppermint leaves or anything that you wish.

Suggested tea for cold brew: red berry, goji berry & pomegranate, lemongrass & ginger, mango tango

Hot brewing method

With SUKI TEA teapot (500ml)

Add 2 spoons of tea leaf into the Suki teapot strainer, fill up with boiling water making sure the tea leaves are soaked in water. Add some cold water. Wait for 7 minutes and then remove the teapot strainer. Pour tea over ice cubes.

With jug (1lt)

Repeat the same procedure increasing the grams (4 spoons instead of 2).

Recipes

Green Sencha Iced Tea

Apply the hot brewing method, using green tea sencha.

When the tea is ready, add some honey, slices of lemon and lots of ice cubes.

Suki Tea Mojito

Apply the hot brewing method using peppermint and rooibos citrus tea. When the tea is ready, add some slices of lime, peppermint leaves, 2 spoons of sugar, soda or lemonade and lots of ice cubes.

Pink Grapefruit Coctail

Add in a glass 2 spoons of pink grapefruit tea, a shot of gin or vodka and leave for 3-4 minutes. Strain, add some lemonade and lots of ice cubes.

Earl Grey Blue Flower Tea

Apply the hot brewing method using earl grey blue flower tea. When the tea is ready, add in a glass slices of lemon and orange, some orange juice and lots of ice cubes.

Chamomile with strawberries and orange

Apply the hot brewing method, using chamomile. When the tea is ready, add in a glass slices of orange, strawberries, some grenadine syrup, orange juice and lots of ice cubes.
