Winner of the Hellenic Barista Championship 2010 is Stefanos Domatiotits, barista trainer of Taf! This year the barista championships took place at the Athens Metropolitan Expo (5-8 February 2010) during the Trade Show Food & Drinks. Stefanos Domatiotis competed with the coffee from the farm La Margarita (micromill Zalmari) in Costa Rica. This coffee is included in the Taf Specialty Project and more specifically in the Taloumis Family Limited Reserve line. Stefanos will represent our country in the World Barista Championship (WBC) that will be held on 23rd-25th of June 2010 in London. Good luck!!
