The winner for 2012 for the Hellenic Barista Championship is Stefanos Domatiotis, Taf barista trainer! The HBC took place this year the 4th and the 7th of February during the Horeca trade show at the Metropolitan Expo in El.Venizelos Airport. Stefanos Domatiotis took the first place with the coffee orange bourbon from the Finca de la Batea in El Salvador, a coffee that is included in the Taf Specialty Project and more specifically in the Single Estate coffees line. Stefanos will represent Greece at the WBC that will take place in Vienna 13-15 June 2012. Good luck Stefanos!
