Yiannis Taloumis as an Artisan

A new media brand, The Artisans, by Kimon Fragakis and the Andro.gr was presented on Thursday, March 23 in an evening of elegance in ARTISANAL bar restaurant in Kifissia.

The first Artisan was taf’s Head of Quality, Yiannis Taloumis. He introduced to the guests a way of special tasting, using the new device of Rattleware, for brewing and cupping, with two precious coffees from Panama and Colombia. Guests also enjoyed great espresso shots in a La Marzocco Linea Mini, prepared by Eirini Daskalopoulou, taf’s barista that won second place in Hellenic Barista Championship. They tasted the exceptional Ron Zacapa that participated in different old fashioned cocktail, made with the premuim rum and taf Iced brew, with Finca Las Minas coffee from the same region, Zacapa, in Guatemala. Style and luxury was offered to the event with some of the unique cashmeres of Falconeri. Thus, a lovely brooch was crafted exclusively for the lapel of the Artisans of the new era.
