Taf has adopted a customer oriented philosophy and therefore the company’s main objective is to be close to its customers and find solutions to problems regarding the running of their coffee businesses.
That is why Taf creates groups of customers and meets them to deal with everyday issues and exchange point of views for the future of the coffee market and industry.
The first meeting took place in the city of Patras, the 10th January 2011, with a group of 20 customers from the regional coffee shops and the issues discussed were the following:
