This program includes a presentation as well as the preparation for the written and practical part of the examination. The written examination is an online examination and takes place after the successful completion of the practical examination.  The written examination requires basic knowledge on botanology, the proper use of the coffee machine and the coffee grinder as well as rules regarding the cleaning and maintenance of the machine and the grinder. Knowledge regarding coffee dose, tamping, espresso preparation and milk beverages is also required.
